MyWebTeks Host does it for you! We will instantly configure, install, and maintain the necessary servers, firewalls, and other infrastructure that your web site requires including the operating system, and any backend database and server support required to make the site functional Once configured, we connect your server to our redundant DS-3, OC-3 and OC-12 Internet connections and monitor your server 24 hours a day, 7 days week. If it needs rebooting, we do it. If it needs upgrading, we do it. We take on the full responsibility for maintaining your infrastructure.

Server monitoring
Server upgrade/addon consultation
Securing cabling to connections
Observing, describing or reporting on indicator lights or display information on machines or consoles
Power cycling (turning on and off) equipment

Diagnosis of hardware failure
Diagnosis of software corruption or failure
Our Premium Managed Services include:
Software Installation and Configuration: Client must provide configuration instructions.
Extended Server Support: Troubleshoot problems for individual domains as well as fixing/correcting errors within the stipulated monthly support time.
